Harrelson Replaces Statham In “Toronto”

Woody Harrelson is set to replace the exiting Jason Statham in the action-comedy “The Man From Toronto” for Escape Artists.

The story begins when the world’s deadliest assassin, known as the Man from Toronto, and a New York City screw-up run into each other at an Airbnb. A clash of personalities, and a clash with deadly killers, ensues.

Kevin Hart co-stars in the feature which begins shooting in five weeks ahead of a November 20th opening. Statham pulled out of the film last week.

Patrick Hughes is directing the film written by Robbie Fox, from a story by Fox and Jason Blumenthal. Todd Black, Blumenthal and Steve Tisch are producing.
