There’s been numerous photos from the New York City set of the film adaptation of Stephen King’s “The Dark Tower” in recent weeks. Even so, to date we’ve only seen Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey in their outfits walking around on location. Today’s shots are different.
Just Jared has posted a bunch of photos which show off a big battle between Elba’s gunslinger character Roland Deschain and the evil Richard Sayre (Jackie Earle Haley). Haley is playing a creature described as a humanoid rat who wears a mask to disguise that fact. The look will be achieved with CGI judging by the reference dots on his face.
