Jake Gyllenhaal is in negotiations to star in “Dallas Buyers Club” director Jean-Marc Vallee’s next film “Demolition”.
Gyllenhaal would portray a young investment banker whose life collapses following the tragic death of his wife.
Tearing apart what little remains to figure out where he went wrong, he is rescued by a woman he meets during a chance encounter.
Gyllenhaal, who recently wrapped “Everest,” will first star in MGM’s boxing drama “Southpaw” which begins filming next month.
