“Bloody Nose, Empty Pockets” production company XTR is teaming with directors Chris Temple and Zach Ingrasci (“Five Years North”) on a new documentary feature about the GameStop & Robinhood stock market story which is still evolving.
The presently untitled documentary aims to tell the tale of “hope, greed and manipulation.” Production is already underway with interviews now being conducted with key players behind the scenes.
The team are also beginning to raise money via Kickstarter. This joins numerous scripted projects in the works including Netflix’s one with Mark Boal in negotiations to write and Noah Centineo starring, along with MGM’s one based on Ben Mezrich’s book proposal “The Antisocial Network”.
In addition, Reddit WallStreetBets founder Jamie Rogozinski has reportedly has sold his life story to RatPac Entertainment.
