The major annual gaming event Gamescom held its opening night live presentation yesterday, and in doing so announced a few titles on the way for late 2023 and 2024, including first footage from some key titles.
We’ve already covered the tentpole games arriving this Fall like “Starfield,” “Mortal Kombat 1” and “Alan Wake II” in another article, here is a look at some of the smaller, some of the less well-known, and in some cases previously unannounced titles.
These include the announcement of “Little Nightmares III,” release dates for “Tekken 8” and “Sonic Superstars,” a new title from “Heavy Rain” developers Quantic Dream titled “Dustborn,” and the quirky “Thank Goodness You’re Here” from the “Untitled Goose Game” developers.
There’s also new gameplay from anticipated titles like “Black Myth: Wukong” and “Crimson Desert,” the annoucement that “Marvel Snap” is now available on Steam, the medieval multiplayer title “Warhaven” finally has a release date next month.
Finally, host Geoff Keighley announced that The Game Awards will be held on December 7th. You can check out the various clips from the presentation below:
