“Fyre Fraud” documentary team Cinemart – namely directors Jenner Furst, Julia Willoughby Nason and producer Mike Gasparro – are teaming for the new project “LuLaRich.”
The new doco looks into LuLaRoe, the billion dollar aspirational clothing empire recently the subject of multiple lawsuits over their multi-level marketing platform.
LuLaRoe’s founders DeAnne and Mark Stidham have denied all allegations and have launched countersuits of their own, defending the company’s legitimacy and model. Indeed, LuLaRoe remains fully operational and many women continue to enthusiastically promote the brand.
Cinemart team helmed the Hulu “Fyre Fraud” doco feature, and the Netflix docuseries “The Pharmacist” with the latter having this week been picked up by producer David Permut to be remade into a feature narrative.
