Netflix has released the full trailer for the film adaptation of Aravind Adiga’s 2008 novel “The White Tiger”.
The story follows the epic and darkly humorous rise from poor villager to successful entrepreneur in modern India. Cunning and ambitious, the young man rebels against a rigged and unequal system to rise and become a new kind of master.
Ramin Bahrani pens and directs the film which stars Adarsh Gourav, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Rajkummar Rao, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Vijay Maurya. “The White Tiger” opens on January 22nd 2020.
