Full Trailer: Taylor Sheridan’s “Lioness” Series

Paramount+ has now premiered the full-length trailer for Taylor Sheridan’s latest original series “Special Ops: Lioness” for the service.

It joins Sheridan’s expanding slate at Paramount which includes “Yellowstone,” “1883,” “1923,” “Tulsa King” and “Mayor of Kingstown” along with the “Lawmen: Bass Reeves” and an upcoming “Yellowstone” spin-off with Matthew McConaughey.

The story is based on a real-life CIA program and follows Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira), a rough-around-the-edges but passionate young Marine recruited to join the CIA’s Lioness Engagement Team to help bring down a terrorist organization from within.

Zoe Saldana stars as Joe, the station chief of the Lioness program tasked with training, managing and leading her female undercover operatives to ready them for dangerous assignments in the field.

Nicole Kidman will play Kaitlyn Meade, the CIA’s senior supervisor who has had a long career playing the politics game. Morgan Freeman will play Edwin Mullins, the United States Secretary of State.

Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, Austin Hébert, Jonah Wharton, Stephanie Nur and Hannah Love Lanier also star.

Kidman will executive produces alongside Sheridan, David C. Glasser, Saldana, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Jill Wagner, Geyer Kosinski, Michael Malone and John Hillcoat for MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.
