Filmmaker Rob Zombie has released the full official trailer for The Munsters,” his upcoming horror-comedy film take on the classic 1960s sitcom of the same name.
The project stars Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster, Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa, Richard Brake as Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang, Sylvester McCoy as Igor, Jorge Garcia as Floop, Catherine Schell as Zoya Krupp along with Cassandra Peterson as Barbara Carr and Dee Wallace as the voice of “Good Morning Transylvania”.
An exact replica of the Mockingbird Lane Mansion was being made for the film which was shot in Budapest and is rated PG.
“The Munsters” will be released this September by Universal 1440 Entertainment, a production arm of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group that develops and produces films for worldwide distribution across all non-theatrical platforms.
