Hulu has premiered the official full trailer for the third season of its acclaimed and popular mystery-comedy series “Only Murders in the Building”.
The new season sees the loveable trio of true crime-loving podcasters Charles, Oliver, and Mabel (Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez) reunite to figure out who killed Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd), who dies on stage on the opening night of Oliver and Charles’ new play.
Also onboard for the new season are Tina Fey, Vanessa Aspillaga, Adina Verson, Michael Cyril Creighton and Ryan Broussard. Meryl Streep and Jesse Williams join the cast this season with the latter playing a documentarian with interest in the Arconia building.
Famed musical impresarios Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman are tipped to have done a musical episode for the season though that is being kept under wraps. Martin, Short, Gomez, John Hoffman, Jamie Babbitt, Dan Fogelman, and Jess Rosenthal executive produce.
Hulu has indicated the show is its most popular original comedy and previously spent nine weeks in Nielsen’s top 10 streaming series chart in 2022.
The third season of “Only Murders in the Building” commences August 8th on Hulu.
