HBO Max has premiered the full trailer for the “Sex and the City” follow-up “And Just Like That”. The release comes just a few weeks after a teaser arrived earlier this month and just over a week ahead of the series premiere on December 9th.
Set eleven years since the second “Sex and the City” feature, the series finds Carrie, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) navigating the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.
Former co-star Kim Cattrall isn’t involved in the new run, nor is original series creator Darren Star though former showrunner Michael Patrick King returns in that capacity here.
Chris Noth, Evan Handler, David Eigenberg, Mario Cantone, Sara RamÃrez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, and the late Willie Garson also star.
