20th Century Fox has acquired technology consultant Daniel Suarez’s upcoming sci-fi thriller novel “Influx” ahead of its publication next month.
The story is set in a world in which decades of technological advances have been suppressed in an effort to prevent disruptive change.
A man named Jon Grady invents a device that can reflect gravity, and suddenly finds his lab locked down by the shadowy Bureau of Technology Control.
