Lamar Johnson (“The Hate U Give”) and Keivonn Woodard have scored the roles of brothers Henry and Sam in the upcoming “The Last of Us” TV series for HBO.
In the game, the brothers are two survivors that Joel and Ellie meet in their journey and in the series, they are portrayed as “brothers in Kansas City hiding from a revolutionary movement seeking vengeance.”
Graham Greene and Elaine Miles have also been cast in guest-starring roles as a married couple surviving alone in the wilderness of post-apocalyptic Wyoming.
Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey play Joel and Ellie, respectively, in this adaptation of the celebrated Naughty Dog game.
