The first behind-the-scenes photos from the UK set of Lucasfilm’s fifth “Indiana Jones” movie have appeared over at The Daily Mail and they’re not what you expect.
With production officially underway, these first shots see a stuntman wearing a young Harrison Ford mask while riding a motorcycle. The man is also donning a Nazi uniform similar to that in scenes from “Raiders of the Lost Ark”.
This strongly hints at a potential flashback with a de-aged Ford’s digital face superimposed over the stuntman’s mask later. James Mangold helms this final outing of Ford in the franchise and is co-writing it with Jez and John-Henry Butterworth.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Kretschmann, Boyd Holbrook, and Shaunette Renee Wilson also star in the film which is currently scheduled to be released on July 29th 2022.
