While there has been various themed teasers and clips, Netflix has now premiered the first official full-length trailer for the fourth and penultimate season of its massive supernatural coming-of-age hit series “Stranger Things”.
Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Max enter high school while Eleven and Will are now in California. As a new threat surfaces, they must once again confront the horrors of the Upside Down. Meanwhile, Hopper is alive and imprisoned in Russia fighting a Demogorgon.
The fourth season began filming in early 2020 and is now finally coming in two parts with a total of nine episodes across both. However, each episode is expected to be longer than previous seasons with the total runtime of the whole season nearly twice the length of any previous season.
The first volume releases May 27th with the second on July 1st.
