Netflix has premiered the first trailer for Harry Bradbeer’s upcoming film adaptation of Nancy Springer’s Edgar Award-nominated book series “Enola Holmes”. The film will get a September 23rd release worldwide.
“Stranger Things” breakout Millie Bobby Brown portrays the titular young detective, the rebellious teen sister of Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill) and Mycroft Holmes (Sam Claflin).
A gifted super-sleuth in her own right who often outsmarts her brilliant siblings, the sixteen-year-old runs off to London to solve the mystery of her missing mother.
Helena Bonham Carter, Adeel Akhtar, Fiona Shaw, Frances de la Tour, Burn Gorman, Louis Partridge and Susan Wokoma co-star.
