Netflix has premiered the new poster for “The Dragon Prince,” a new animated series which is the result of a team-up between “Avatar: The Last Airbender” head writer Aaron Ehasz, and Justin Richmond who previously served as director of “Uncharted” video game franchise creator Naughty Dog.
The pair has teamed up to form a new studio, Wonderstorm, with this their first project under the new label. The story will follow a trio of young heroes in a fantastical land beset by war – two human princes, and the unlikely elfin assassin tasked with killing them – as they find themselves together on a journey to bring peace to their homes.
A first look at the series will take place on July 21st at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con with a panel for the show taking place. The series itself arrives on the streaming service in September.
