Amazon Prime Video have premiered the new one-sheet for the second season of its acclaimed video game adaptation “Fallout” which returns to screens in December.
The first season pulled in 65 million views worldwide over its first 16 days of release and has since passed the 100 million view mark – putting it in the top three of all Prime Video series to date.
The new season is expected to heavily reach into the lore of one of the most beloved games of the series – “Fallout: New Vegas”. The poster art shows Lucy MacLean, The Ghoul, Maximus, and The Ghoul’s dog companion, Dogmeat, on the outskirts of New Vegas.
As the series takes place after the events of the games and is considered canon, this New Vegas will be seen fifteen years after the events depicted in the “Fallout: New Vegas” game.
The showrunners have confirmed that Robert House, aka Mr. House, is involved in the second season. The character made a cameo during a pre-war sequence in the first film. In the games, his consciousness is plugged into a super-computer and rules New Vegas from his Lucky 38 casino.
Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Walton Goggins all reprise their roles with Macaulay Culkin also starring. The series has already been renewed for a third season.
