Nickelodeon has released the first photo from “Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years,” the upcoming CG animated series and first spin-off of their iconic “SpongeBob SquarePants” animated series.
The thirteen-episode spinoff follows 10-year-old SpongeBob who meets his pals Patrick, Sandy, Squidward, Plankton and Mr. Krabs. Together they spend their summer building underwater campfires, catching wild jellyfish, and swimming in Lake Yuckymuck at the craziest camp in the kelp forest.
All the main cast return and are joined by Carlos Alazraqui and Kate Higgins who will voice new characters Nobby and Narlene, narwhal siblings who live in the woods surrounding the camp.
The series will debut in 2021 exclusively on Paramount+, the rebranded CBS All Access streaming service. Later in the year it will be broadcast on Nickelodeon.
