Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for “Bros,” what is being dubbed the first romantic comedy from a major studio about two men maybe, possibly, probably, stumbling towards a deeper connection. Maybe. They’re both very busy.
Hailing from director Nicholas Stoller (“Neighbors,” “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”) and producer Judd Apatow (“Trainwreck,” “The Big Sick”), Billy Eichner writes and stars in the film alongside Luke Macfarlane.
The project was shot around Buffalo, New York and Provincetown, Massachusetts last summer. Also onboard are Jim Rash, Ts Madison, Monica Raymund, Guillermo Diaz, Guy Branum and Amanda Bearse.
The film opens only in cinemas with a wide theatrical release on September 30th. The full trailer is up at the Universal Pictures YouTube Channel.
