Lots Of New Footage In Dune Global Trailer
Warner Bros. Pictures

Filming on Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune: Part Two” is reportedly beginning with the main cast on July 21st in Budapest, Hungary – the same location much of the first film shot its studio scenes.

However pre-shooting is set to kick off in Altivole, Italy in the Veneto region as early as tomorrow (Monday, July 4th) for two days.

That shoot is reportedly taking place at the Carlo Scarpa-designed Brion Tomb – a modernist structure consisting of a chapel, reflecting pool, and gardens blending Byzantine and Japanese influence.

The production news comes in the wake of Warners pushing back the film a few weeks to November 17th 2023.

Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin are reprising their roles and will be joined by Laa Seydoux, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken and Austin Butler.
