Faye Dunaway will reportedly appear alongside Kevin Spacey in Franco Nero’s controversial new project “The Man Who Drew God”.
Dunaway is expected to take over the role of an old Braille teacher that Nero’s wife, actress Vanessa Redgrave, was originally going to take but is unable to travel and thus could not.
The story is said to be about the rise and fall of a blind artist who has the gift of making true-to-life portraits just by listening to human voices, and one day he is wrongfully accused of abuse. Robert Davi and Stefania Rocca co-star.
Producer Louis Nero indicates the project wrapped filming last week with the movie expected to be ready by September. A poster was spotted at Cannes this week and can be seen below.
