24-year-old Quebecios filmmaker and actor Xavier Dolan will join Bruce Greenwood, Carrie-Anne Moss and Catherine Keener in the thriller “The Elephant Song”.
Charles Biname directs this $7 million-budget adaptation of Nicolas Billon’s play of the same name.
The story follows a psychiatrist investigating the disappearance of his colleague. He questions a disturbed patient (Dolan) and finds himself caught in a complex mind game.
Filming will begin shortly in Montreal. Dolan will squeeze in the picture before he sets to work on directing his next film “Mommy”.
