Danny DeVito, Lucy DeVito, and Aubrey Plaza are teaming for “Little Demon,” a new FX animated half-hour comedy series to be executive produced by Dan Harmon (“Rick and Morty”).
The series follows a woman (Plaza) and her 13-year-old daughter (Lucy DeVito) as they attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware, but are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan (Danny DeVito), who yearns for custody of the soul of their daughter the Antichrist.
The project has been given a formal green light to pilot. Darcy Fowler, Seth Kirschner and Kieran Valla executive produce. The series is being seen as a potential companion to its long-running animated hit “Archer”.
