Paramount Home Video has set an official date for the digital release of “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” with the film to hit VOD on October 10th.
The movie will then have its debut on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 31st with the 4K including Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
The release will come with a tone of bonus features, including a commentary by director Christopher McQuarrie and editor Eddie Hamilton.
There are also featurettes on the key locations, the opening scene, and the stunts including extended behind-the-scenes looks at the motorcycle jump stunt and the climactic train sequence.
McQuarrie and Hamilton also share never-before-seen footage that didn’t make the final film.
In the film, the IMF team must track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With the fate of the world at stake, a deadly race around the globe begins.
Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.
