DC has announced that the first-ever DC FanDome is being expanded and will now be split into two virtual events beginning August 22nd with the ‘Hall of Heroes’ movie and game panels being split off from the rest which will become an on-demand collection of panels for TV and other elements of fandom.
On August 22nd the Hall of Heroes line-up remains the same – a supercharged eight-hour show that will air three times during a 24-hour period allowing fans all across the world the chance to experience it in their own time. It kicks off 10am US-PST that day at DCFanDome.com.
Then on September 12th, “DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse” offers a 24-hour, on-demand experience accessed via the DCFanDome.com program scheduler. This will offer DC fans full access to more than 100 hours of on-demand content beginning at 10am US-PST with exclusive panel sessions, screenings and never-before-seen content from the DC Multiverse of films, television, comics and games along with the separate DC Kids FanDome.
Both days are completely free to fans worldwide and content at both events will be presented in nine languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
