DC FanDome Proved A Big Success

While the San Diego Comic Con online event was seen as a disastrous failure, WarnerMedia’s DC FanDome event over the weekend is being ruled a big success.

According to the studio, the DC FanDome: Hall of Heroes event generated 22 million views across 220 countries and territories over its 24-hour run, via the in-house player, live streams by comic book influencers, and other content generated by fans watching the event.

That doesn’t include the numbers from the trailers themselves with trailers like “The Batman,” “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” and “Wonder Woman 1984” pulling in over 150 million views since Saturday.

The DCFanDome hashtag also trended on Twitter in 53 markets, and on YouTube in 82 markets.
