“Daredevil: Born Again” Season 2 Wraps

Marvel

Dario Scardapane, showrunner on Marvel Studios’ “Daredevil: Born Again,” has confirmed that production on the show’s second season has wrapped.

Scardapane took to Instagram to post a photo and thank the various cast and crew, saying “that is a WRAP on Season 2 of Daredevil Born Again. Thank you to all who made this something truly special”.

The second season began filming in mid-February, so is finishing after five months of filming. It is expected to wrap up the events of the first season, fulfilling the original order handed out by Disney for the show initially.

A third season has not been greenlit as yet and likely won’t be until the second season’s performance numbers come in.

The first season’s ratings have been a concern, the title not making the Nielsen Top 10 at all during its run, even as other high-profile shows like “Andor” and “The Last of Us” made it to that list every week of their recent second season airings.

Next season will get a boost from larger inclusions for Karen Page, a darker The Kingpin, and the return of Jessica Jones.
