The upcoming “Halloween Kills” has already been filming since last month, and now Jamie Lee Curtis is on set to reprise her role of Laurie Strode. In the process she has shared a new behind-the-scenes photo of herself getting back into character.
Recently it was also revealed that Haddonfield Memorial Hospital, where much of the original “Halloween II” was set, will return in the new canon and photos are out of a redressed building exterior.
David Gordon Green, who directed last year’s revival of the franchise, helms this first of two more installments in the series with this opening next October and “Halloween Ends” hitting October 2021.
The film also stars Anthony Michael Hall as an adult Tommy Doyle, Robert Longstreet as an adult Lonnie Elam, Kyle Richards reprising her role of Lindsey Wallace, and Nancy Stephens reprising her role of Nurse Marion. Once again, John Carpenter will be composing the score.
Green co-wrote the script with Danny McBride.
