Several renewal orders have been handed out today.
Studio MDHR has announced that Netflix has renewed “The Cuphead Show” for a second season which will arrive as soon as this Summer on Netflix.
The first season of the series scored fairly good reviews. In addition, it also has been announced that the highly anticipated “Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course” game DLC has set a June 30th release date.
Next, and ahead of this Friday’s finale, Apple TV+ has renewed Chris Miller and Phil Lord’s “The Afterparty” for a second season with Tiffany Haddish set to reprise her role as Detective Danner.
Miller directed all eight episodes of the show’s first season, but it’s unclear if he’ll do the same for the second.
Finally, HBO Max has confirmed it has handed out an additional 40-episode order for its animated series “Jellystone!”. The news comes shortly before its 19-episode second season is due to premiere on March 17th.
The series features a number of Hanna-Barbera characters living in – and causing chaos in – the small town of Jellystone.
