The casts of two acclaimed projects – Steven Soderbergh’s 2011 film “Contagion,” and HBO’s recent “Watchmen” TV series – have published a bunch of PSA videos online today asking people to wash their hands.
Various cast members from both projects participate. For “Contagion,” Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Laurence Fishburne and Jennifer Ehle all did their own 2-3 minute PSAs going into some serious talk about the pandemic and the impact on the world.
For “Watchmen,” actors like Regina King, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Tom Mison, Sara Vickers, Danny Boyd Jr. and Dustin Ingram all did segments for one more light-hearted (but still serious) video reminding you to wash your hands, stay at home and social distance.
