The third season of the “Karate Kid” spin-off series “Cobra Kai” has proven a popular hit for Netflix.
Recently Netflix reported that the show’s third season is looking to be have been sampled by 41 million households in its first 28 days. That number makes it one of their top ten returning original series.
The previous two seasons premiered on YouTube in 2018 and 2019 before moving to Netflix late last year. Across all three seasons, 73M million Netflix households have reportedly watched an episode.
The number falls behind some of their biggest 2020 hits like “The Queen’s Gambit” or “Bridgerton” which both premiered to a little over 60 million households each during their first 28 days.
“Cobra Kai” has already been renewed for a fourth season with most of the episodes already written and the season’s plan all figured out according to producers.
