Clifton Collins (“Star Trek,” “The Event”) has signed on for J.T. Petty’s 3D supernatural feature “Hellbenders” for Circle of Confusion reports Variety.
The story is about a secret group of elite demonologists in a Brooklyn diocese who battle a terrifying supernatural force that threatens their lives and faith.
Petty also penned the script based on a graphic novel he penned. Clancy Brown and Dan Fogler also star in the project which kicks off shooting this week.
Lawrence Mattis, Jon Denny and David Moscow will produce.
