Harrison Ford is set to return as Indiana Jones for the still untitled fifth movie in the franchise which is expected to film in the next year or so.
After that? A reboot of the series seems inevitable and for years fan casting has had “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Chris Pratt as the favorite to take over the role of the famed archaeologist and adventurer.
Now, a new Deepfake video is out offering fans a glimpse of what a Chris Pratt as Indy feature might look like as footage from the original trilogy has had Pratt’s face superimposed onto Harrison Ford’s body.
It’s not always flawless, especially a shirtless scene with the rake thin Ford’s body holding up the head of the more rugby player-built Pratt, but it gets the job done.
Pratt also recently reprised his role of Emmet from “The LEGO Movie” in a new PSA about the coronavirus. Co-star Elizabeth Banks also reprised her role of Lucy to help sing a song to help kids remember the best ways to avoid spreading and coming down with COVID-19. The PSA was remotely produced and animated by Pure Imagination in just a few weeks.
