A new report at TV Insider indicates actor Chris Pratt is in negotiations with Amazon Prime Video for a second season of the action thriller “The Terminal List”.
Based on the 2018 novel of the same name by former Navy SEAL Jack Carr, Pratt plays Lt. Cmdr. James Reece – a Navy SEAL seeking to avenge the murder of his family. Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch, Riley Keough, Arlo Mertz, and Jeanne Tripplehorn co-starred.
Carr serves as an executive producer and recently revealed to the British press there are plans for a second season. If it were to go ahead, it would be an eight-part series based on the second book “True Believer”.
The first season received mixed reviews, but was a success in terms of viewership – rising to No.2 on the list of America’s most streamed shows in its first full week of viewing, where it amassed 1.6 billion minutes viewed across eight episodes.
