CBS’ “S.W.A.T.” TV series has been renewed for a sixth season with Shemar Moore confirming the news and thanking the cast and crew.
The series concludes its fifth season run with a finale on Sunday, May 22nd and joins already renewed CBS dramas like the three “NCIS” series along with “CSI: Vegas” and various sitcoms.
The show’s recent Live+7 ratings have the series pulling in 5.5 million viewers per episode. Alex Russell, Jay Harrington, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson, David Lim and Patrick St. Esprit co-star in the drama which launched in 2017.
