Filming on Netflix’s big-budget fantasy series “The Witcher” is continuing on without its star Henry Cavill for the time being.
Cavill is expected to be sidelined for a short period of time due to a minor leg muscle injury sustained during production at Arborfield Studios in the UK.
Cavill reportedly hurt his leg while on an assault course, working at a height of 20ft while wearing a safety harness. The production will film around his absence with the holiday hiatus later this month expected to help on the time front.
The show’s second season had to hit pause twice this year, both times related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
