Netflix has premiered a very first look at “Castlevania: Nocturne,” the new animated series officially in production which hails from showrunner Kevin Kolde and creator/writer Clive Bradley.
Project 51 Productions and Powerhouse Animation are behind the series which serves as a spin-off of the critically acclaimed four-season “Castlevania” series they all worked on and which wrapped its run last year.
The new series shifts the action from 15th century Wallachia to 18th century France during the revolution. As seen in the brief announcement teaser below, it follows Richter Belmont who was popularized in the famed “Symphony of Night” and “Blood of Rondo” titles in Konami’s long-running video game franchise.
