Actor Frank Grillo played Brock Rumlow in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” and returns for the upcoming “Captain America: Civil War” as the even more villainous Crossbones. This weekend, the actor has shared what appears to be some concept art from the currently shooting third film in the series – art that appears to show our first look at him in his Crossbones outfit.
