“Bosch: Legacy” Renewed For Season 3

Amazon

Ahead of a second season coming this fall, Amazon has renewed its spin-off series “Bosch: Legacy” for a third season which will likely air in late 2024.

The ad-supported Amazon Freevee service, which airs the series, announced the renewal Monday prior to Amazon’s NewFront presentation.

Amazon Freevee previously said the first season delivered a higher number of viewers than any other previous season of the mothership series “Bosch”. That original show was always one of Amazon’s most consistently strong performers.

The show follows retired homicide detective turned private investigator Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) as he embarks on the next chapter of his career.

Also serving as series regular characters are attorney Honey ‘Money’ Chandler (Mimi Rogers) and Harry’s daughter Maddie Bosch (Madison Lintz), who has become a rookie patrol cop on the streets of Los Angeles.

The second season will see Bosch and Chandler work together to seek out a killer who just might find them first and puts them under suspicion of the cops. Kidnapped by a masked assailant, Maddie Bosch’s (Lintz) law enforcement career hangs in the balance.

David Denman, Patrick Brennan, Rafael Cabrera, Bruce Davison, Guy Wilson, and Jessica Camacho will guest star.
