We’ll return to the “Blade Runner” universe with Denis Villeneuve’s “Blade Runner 2049” later this year, but before then fans will probably be interested in checking out “Slice of Life” – a new fan short film on the way later this year with a trailer for it released today.
Directed by Luka Hrgovic, ‘Slice’ follows a drug dealer turned good and a mysterious cop in the gritty future. Hrgovic and his team are hoping to use Kickstarter to crowdfund the remaining FX shots for the film along with some post-production elements for the 20-25 minute short.
