“Bios” Delayed Months, “Bill & Ted” Moves Up

The film release calendar continues to be shaken up in the wake of yesterday’s “Tenet” and “Wonder Woman 1984” delays.

Universal Pictures has pushed the Tom Hanks-led post-apocalyptic “Bios” back by six months from October 2nd to April 16th 2021. The move leaves only two films on that October 2nd date – “Wonder Woman 1984” and the Tom Clancy adaptation “Without Remorse”.

Meanwhile, “Bill and Ted Face the Music” has been moved up by a week – the film now taking the old August 14th release slot that “Wonder Woman 1984” occupied.

Joining it will be the Gerard Butler-led “Greenland” which was to open July 31st but has since moved due to the shift by “Tenet”.

Finally the new Bond film “No Time to Die” has moved up its U.S. release by a week and will now open November 20th. More date shifts are expected to be announced soon.
