“IT” and “Deadpool 2” star Bill Skarsgard is in talks to join Keanu Reeves in the fourth “John Wick” film at Lionsgate.
Skarsgard is joining a cast that includes Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson and Japanese-British popstar Rina Sawayama. Like with those castings, aside from Yen, we don’t know any specifics about his character..
Shay Hatten and Michael Finch penned the script while Chad Stahelski is returning to direct and produce alongside Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee. Production is slated to start this summer in France, Germany and Japan.
Skarsgard will be seen later this year in “Nine Days” with Winston Duke, the crime dramedy “Naked Singularity” with John Boyega, and historical action epic “Emperor” with Adrien Brody.
