Dutch filmmaker Paul Verhoeven (“Basic Instinct,” “Total Recall”) will team with Halle Berry for his next project – “The Student” at Relativity Media reports Bad Ass Digest.
Wendy Diane Miller penned the sexual thriller about a 19 year old kid who takes up a summer internship… and then takes up with his boss’ wife (Berry). Things soon turn dangerous.
Verhoeven and Berry tried to get a project called “The Surrogate” off the ground last year in which Berry would play an evil surrogate mother. That looks to have fallen by the wayside for this.
