Adult Swim has scored creator Michael Cusack’s new quarter-hour animated comedy series “YOLO: Crystal Fantasy” with plans to premiere it later this year.
The story follows Australian party girls Sarah and Rachel as they are looking for fun times, new experiences, positive vibes, and hopeful horoscopes in the bizarre town that is Wollongong.
Sarah seeks love, Rachel hungers for chaos, this brings the pair into conflict as they encounter surreal Australiana, strange bush creatures, and eccentric nomads.
Cusack will executive produce along with Greta Lee Jackson and Emma Fitzsimons. Cusack was behind YouTube hits “Ciggy Butt Brain” and the “Rick and Morty: Bushworld Adventures” short from 2018.
