Apple TV+ has premiered the full-length trailer for “Five Days at Memorial,” the upcoming mini-series set around Memorial Hospital in New Orleans in the days following Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
Based on actual events, this follows the exhausted caregivers at a hospital who were forced to make heart-wrenching decisions amidst the storm’s aftermath – trying their best to save people’s lives with limited resources.
Vera Farmiga, Cherry Jones, Robert Pine, Cornelius Smith Jr., Julie Ann Emery, and Adepero Oduye star in the series which hails from writers-producers Carlton Cuse and John Ridley.
“Five Days at Memorial” debuts on Apple TV+ on August 12th with the first three episodes. New episodes follow weekly through September 16th.
