Apple and Imagine Television are creating a scripted half-hour limited series based on the eight-part “Wild Things: Siegfried & Roy” podcast.
The story will be told from various perspectives and followed the famed showman-magicians renowned for their magic and white tiger performance at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from 1990-2003.
The pair pushed the concept of illusion versus reality to the extreme, until tragedy reframes and opens up an entirely new mystery surrounding their last fateful Las Vegas show.
John Hoffman (“Only Murders in the Building”) co-created the series and is writing and executive producing it alongside James Seidman, Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, and Kristen Zolner.
