Apple has announced ‘Apple One’ – a new series of service bundles offering a discount to customers and launching this Fall. Three versions will be available.
Individual ($14.95/month) – includes Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade and iCloud (up to 50Gb).
Family ($19.95/month) – Same as ‘Individual’ but with access for up to six members per account.
Premier ($29.95/month) – Same as individual but also has Apple News+ and the new Apple Fitness+ service.
The aim is to encourage customers to purchase more services directly from the company with price breaks compared with buying them separately.
Apple Services revenue was $13.16 billion for the second quarter of this calendar year – up 15% year over year.
The Apple One plan reveal was part of a prerecorded event showcasing the Apple Watch Series 6 and some new iPads.
