Though Netflix and Paramount’s first teaming was last weekend’s widely slammed “The Cloverfield Paradox,” their new collaboration – “Ex Machina” director Alex Garland’s “Annihilation” – likely won’t suffer such weak reviews judging by the first Twitter reactions from film journalists which you can see below.
As you’ll recall, Netflix holds the international rights the film (bar China) with the movie to screen in North America first on February 23rd before hitting the streaming service seventeen days later everywhere else.
