It’s official, Anjelica Huston is returning to the world of “John Wick” by joining the cast of the upcoming spin-off film “Ballerina” at Lionsgate.
Shay Hatten penned the script which follows a young woman (Ana de Armas) with killer skills who uses them to get revenge when her family is killed by hitmen.
Huston is reprising her role as The Director, the head of the Ruska Roma crime organization. She first appeared in “John Wick Chapter 3 – Parabellum” and joins fellow returnee Ian McShane as Winston.
Len Wiseman is directing the project which is currently shooting. Erica Lee, Basil Iwanyk and Chad Stahelski produce.
